Crushing death: Toll Networks (NZ) Limited fined

A massive fine following the death of a worker when crushed by a falling load from a forklift.  A $500,000 fine in addition to the reparation of $118,000 paid to the worker’s family (on top of the $105,000 Toll had already paid).
